As the regional vice-president of group insurance at RBC Insurance, Carlee Bartholomew leads a team of six sales consultants who work directly with the advisor market in eastern Canada. Her goal is to understand the broker and client community about their group benefits landscape and to ensure RBC Insurance is delivering the most effective solutions to fit their diverse and often unique needs. Bartholomew has been instrumental in driving increased awareness and consideration for the group benefits product line since 2014.

Prior to joining RBC Insurance, Bartholomew spent five years as a group insurance senior account manager at Great-West Lifeco. She has a bachelor’s degree from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business and has been active in the financial services sector since 2007. Bartholomew obtained a group benefits associate degree from the University of Dalhousie in 2010.
