Opening dinner

The opening night cocktail and dinner reception will be held at the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre. Opened in 2008, this cultural centre embodies the spirit of partnership between two unique Nations, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish Nation) and Lil̓wat7úl (Lil’wat Nation), who wish to preserve, grow and share their traditional cultures.

Formal dinner

Dining at the Bearfoot Bistro is more than a meal: it’s a culinary journey. Executive Chef Melissa Craig’s food starts with the season – the bounty, the colours. It’s the combination of a familiar flavour with a new technique, a local ingredient given an international twist.

On April 13 following the first day of sessions, we will venture offsite to the Bearfoot Bistro for the formal cocktail reception and dinner. Your experience will include champagne sabering, a visit to the Ketel One Ice Room and a fabulous meal including their signature nitro ice cream, prepared tableside with a Bearfoot Bistro flourish.

Pub Night

The pub night will take place at Portobello Restaurant on Friday, April 14 from 6:00 - 8:30 PM. Accommodation for the night of April 14 is complimentary for all delegates who attend the pub night. Skiing in Whistler

A limited number of complimentary ski passes will be available for plan sponsor delegates for either Wednesday, April 12 or Saturday, April 15. Rentals are not included. Please contact Katerina Galkina about availability and for more information.
