Tarik Serri, senior director, hedge funds, alternative investments, Trans-Capital Canada Inc.

Tarik Serri is the senior director of hedge funds and alternative investments at Trans-Capital Canada Inc. He’s responsible for the ongoing management, monitoring and research of all TCC’s hedge fund, private debt and co-investment portfolios, which are part of a diversified alternatives program. He has nearly 20 years of alternative investment experience investing in funds and co-investments across hedge funds, private debt, private equity, real estate and infrastructure. Before Serri joined the firm in 2011, he worked as an analyst and investment advisor at several financial institutions. He holds a bachelor of commerce degree from Concordia University and a master of business administration from HEC Montréal. He has completed the Canadian securities course offered by the Canadian Securities Institute and is a chartered financial analyst and chartered alternative investment analyst.
