Jared Fu joined Lululemon in 2021 as a program manager of the Canadian insured benefits program and currently supports operational excellence across all portfolios within the benefits team. In this time, he’s led several initiatives to continue evolving Lululemon’s suite of benefits offerings, including the implementation of onsite wellness, organizational change management for weekly pay in New York and the implementation of the company’s accommodations program.

Prior to joining Lululemon, Fu spent a decade in the insurance industry with two benefits carriers. Within this time, he was a major accounts manager supporting some of British Columbia’s largest organizations in the public and private sector ranging from 1,000 to more than 100,000 plan members.

Along with holding the certified employee benefits specialist credential, Fu is a project management professional and has earned an online certificate of specialization in strategy from Harvard Business School. He can be found behind a computer working or gaming or behind his camera exploring the world and enjoying his passion as a photographer.
