Kimberly Ferris has more than 22 years of experience within the disability insurance industry, including as an organizational health consultant, rehabilitation consultant, team lead rehabilitation consultant, Canada Life mental-health mentor and disability case manager.

She continues to maintain her designation as a registered kinesiologist. Prior to joining Canada Life, she practiced kinesiology for five years in cardiac rehabilitation.

Ferris has a bachelor of arts with honours in kinesiology and health science, a fitness assessment and exercise counselling certificate, progressive goal attainment program certificate, group benefits administration certification through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and has completed her designation of the mindful leadership certificate offered through Mindful Employer Canada in 2021.
