Rolando Lopez is an experienced HR leader with a record of accomplishment for building teams, people and culture practices for Canadian Fortune 500 organizations. His professional expertise spans across various industry verticals such as financial services, pharmaceutical health care, public sector and retail. In his current role, Lopez has oversight for the WSIB’s talent acquisition, HR business practices and total rewards practices. By integrating sound talent attraction, retention and engagement practices, he has helped organizations establish strong competitive footing in the ‘new normal’ of the post-pandemic era.

In his spare time, Lopez enjoys spending time with family, keeping fit and actively participating in his local community. He’s passionate about mentoring the future generation of talent and gives back to his profession by coaching and mentoring high-potential talent in their early careers.
