Her and the team are responsible for global leaves and time away from work strategies, ergonomics, accommodations and the global wellness strategy and programming. She has over 10 years of experience in disability management and joined Shopify 4 years ago. She has focused on creating programs that scale globally and that offer tools and resources that support through all phases of an employee’s wellbeing journey.
