Andrew Brandsma, Director of Sales and New Business, Canada National HealthClaim
My role: I work hand in hand with our advisor partners to provide their clients with the simplest, most flexible health and wellness reimbursement solutions in Canada.
Education: I attended the University of Calgary to obtain my BCOMM in Risk Management and Insurance and then was Life and A & S licensed shortly thereafter.
Years of experience: 11
Client philosophy: From the start of my career with National HealthClaim, I knew that regardless of the digitization and online growth in our industry, relationships were going to be the most important component for our success. I'm proud to say that this has proven true over the last 11 years and has helped our team to better support advisors and focus on what makes life as simple as possible for them.
Passion outside of work: My favorite thing to do is camp (in nice weather) with my wife and 4 children. My selfish passion, which is a rare occurrence, is to get out on the golf course with people that I love spending time with.
