Scott Richardson joined Acadian in 2022 as director of systematic credit, leading Acadian’s systematic credit strategies. He is a professor of management practice in accounting at London Business School. He is the author of the book Systematic Fixed Income: An Investor’s Guide. Richardson also serves as an editor of the Review of Accounting Studies and has published extensively in leading academic and practitioner journals. Prior to joining Acadian, he was a principal at AQR Capital Management LLC and the head of credit research at BGI/BlackRock. Richardson holds a Ph.D. in business administration from the University of Michigan and a bachelors of economics, first class honours, from the University of Sydney.
