Eric Minardi is a senior advisor in disability management and is member of the best practices and innovation team at Desjardins. He brings with him more than ten years of experience in disability management, including his roles as a disability consultant, case manager and rehabilitation specialist. He delivers presentations to employers, employees and union leaders across Canada with an aim to strengthen disability management and prevention best practices.

Minardi is a certified disability management professional and registered kinesiologist. He completed a bachelor of science in kinesiology at the University of Waterloo and the National Institute of Disability Management and Research.
