Joe Blomeley is executive vice-president, head of health services and enterprise growth at Green Shield Canada. With nearly 20 years of experience spanning public policy, government relations, insurance and mental health, Blomeley’s position at Green Shield combines his expertise in enterprise growth with his passion for promoting meaningful change. His leadership style is defined by his desire to roll up his sleeves and turn vision into action.

He is a proud graduate of both Carleton and Western University, and currently serves as both chair and board member for the Ontario Shores Foundation for Mental Health. He has also held board and advisory positions with the Ontario Chamber of Commerce and the Canadian Mental Health Association, York Region.
