His experience spans a variety of industries and includes working for different insurance carriers. His role is to create a true partnership that delivers the best in customer service, disability prevention and management, which includes presentations to employers with the goal of strengthening their understanding of disability management and incorporating the most recent best practices to their internal absence management processes.

Lindsay has a bachelor of science in exercise science from Concordia University with a specialization in athletic therapy.
