Maude Villeneuve, coordinator, relief research chair in mental health, self-management and work, Laval University

As coordinator of the relief research chair in mental health, self-management and work at Laval University, Maude Villeneuve is dedicated to promoting self-management of mental health at all levels in organizations. Their research and practice interests lie at the crossroads of mental health in the workplace, creativity and neurodivergence. Villeneuve has nearly 20 years of experience in research and teaching in multiple fields, including mental health in the workplace, conflict management, equity, diversity and inclusion, organizational development and occupational health and safety. In their private practice, they advise organizations in the diagnosis and intervention of psychosocial risks, with a focus on self-management and neurodivergent populations.
