As part of the best practices and innovation team, William Lindsay brings with him more than 16 years of experience in the field of group disability management. His experience spans a variety of industries and includes working for different insurance carriers. Lindsay’s role is to create a true partnership that delivers the best in customer service and disability prevention and management which includes, among many other things, presentations to employers with the goal of strengthening their understanding of disability management and incorporating the most recent best practices to their internal absence management processes. He completed his studies at Concordia University, where he obtained a bachelor of exercise science, specializing in athletic therapy.
