Charles Myers is chairman of Signum Global Advisors. He has more than 22 years of U.S. political and electoral experience advising candidates in presidential, senate, house of representatives, gubernatorial and mayoral races, including Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign and Joe Biden’s 2020 presidential campaign. He also has 30 years of experience in global financial markets.

As chairman, Myers works with financial institutions and multi-national businesses to anticipate and assess policy agendas and announcements. His areas of expertise include U.S. foreign policy and the implications of the Biden presidency in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Myers also forecasts global trade policy and energy dynamics.

Prior to his current role, Myers was the vice-chairman of Evercore ISI, where he was the founding partner and head of the institutional equities business. He also served as global head of equities and board member at Fox-Pitt, Kelton. Myers has a bachelor of arts from Amherst College in Massachusetts and a post-graduate master’s in philosophy from Cambridge University.
