Tom Graham , senior investment director, head of real asset equity specialists, Aviva Investors

Tom Graham is a senior investment director and head of real asset equity specialists at Aviva Investors, with a core remit to commercialize and grow its real asset business through active outcome-oriented solutions.

At Aviva Investors, his primary focus is to scale the co-mingled fund offering and develop strategic partnerships with global investors for transactions across real estate and infrastructure equity.
Graham has 19 years of experience in real assets fund management and capital raising, including as both a principal and advisor in the UK and European markets. Prior to joining Aviva Investors, he was an investment director in the product strategy and solutions team at Aberdeen Standard Investments, developing its real estate product strategy as a fundamental part of the firm’s private markets offer. He’s also held roles at LaSalle Investment Management and Lazard Asset Management Inc.

He has a bachelor of arts degree, as well as a master of arts degree in land economy from the University of Cambridge, and he’s a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
