Dr. Jeff Alfonsi is a specialist in internal medicine and clinical pharmacology and toxicology. He’s a diplomate of the American Board of Lifestyle and Obesity Medicine and is a practicing physician at Trillium Health Partners and London Health Sciences Centre. Dr. Alfonsi is an assistant professor in the department of medicine at the University of Toronto and completed an undergrad in systems design engineering at the University of Waterloo. Currently, he serves as the chief medical officer of RxFood. Prior to RxFood, Dr. Alfonsi served as director of medical affairs at Ontario Telemedicine Network/Ontario Health for five years and continues to have a keen interest in virtual health care and the clinical use of technology.
