Natasha Malloff is the executive director of health, benefits and pensions at the University of British Columbia. With more than 25 years of experience, she’s dedicated to fostering a healthier, more purposeful workplace through an equity-centred approach. She provides strategic leadership in workplace well-being, organizational health practices and the management of a comprehensive benefits portfolio serving more than 18,000 faculty and staff.
Her portfolio includes workplace well-being consulting, health and benefits programs, leaves, tuition waivers, retirement and relocation plans — all designed to support employee health and well-being both inside and outside the workplace.
