Benefits Canada’s annual Workplace Benefits Awards is officially open for nominations. Submit your entries here.

As in previous years, the 2022 awards will continue to honour the achievements of exceptional Canadian benefits and pension plan sponsors. The awards will be presented during the 2022 Healthy Outcomes Conference — an event designed for employers and taking place in Toronto on Oct. 18. Entrants will be invited to register, alongside previous Workplace Benefits Awards entrants, finalists and winners, to exchange ideas, best practices and tools for achieving improved employee health outcomes and enhanced organizational performance.

With many Canadian employers still struggling with the impact of the coronavirus pandemic, Benefits Canada is including the Coronavirus and benefits award for the third year in a row. The award recognizes an organization that has developed an innovative and effective strategy for supporting its employees during the pandemic.

Last year’s award winners included 3M Canada, Canadian Forest Products, LifeLabs, Samsung Electronics, Scotiabank, Shopify, SSENSE and Unilever Canada.

Nominations will be accepted until June 30, 2022. Visit the Workplace Benefits Awards site to submit a nomination or complete an entry for your organization. Consultants, advisors and record-keepers are also encouraged to submit entries for their plan sponsor clients.
