A survey conducted by Benefits Canada found 52% of 30-year-olds want to retire between 45 and 60 while 28% want to retire between 60 and 65. This desire could put pressure on employers to find alternative working arrangements to avoid potential talent shortages.

We surveyed 500 30-year-olds across the country to get their opinions on work life, retirement, pensions and benefits.

These fascinating results will be published in the 30th anniversary issue of Benefits Canada, which comes out next month.
