Randy Bauslaugh, national head of the firm’s McCarthy Tétrault’s pensions, benefits and executive compensation group, has been ranked in the 2014 edition of Who’s Who Legal 100.
He joined the firm in 2010 and has been involved with many of the leading pension and benefits cases over the past 30 years.
Bauslaugh is immediate past chairperson of the International Pension and Employee Benefits Lawyers Association. He is a former member of the MEPP Consultation Committee of the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and has held leadership positions in the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Pension & Benefits Institute.
