Ceridian offers EAP for divorce

Ceridian Canada has launched a bilingual, online divorce toolkit for employers to help their workforces as part of an Employee Assistance Program, which it says is the first of its kind.

The Divorce Toolkit includes downloadable audio files focusing on the emotional and legal aspects of divorce.

“Legally ending a marriage is often confusing, frightening, painful and costly because most people don’t understand the process and don’t know where to turn for help,” says Louise O’Grady, director of Ceridian’s LifeWorks relationships management. “People need sound, impartial advice and emotional support throughout what can be a very traumatic time. This resource helps users better manage the emotional and legal aspects of divorce and ensure better outcomes for themselves and for their families.”
