CAA Club Group is making virtual health care available to all its full- and part-time employees through its benefits plan.
The program is a partnership between virtual care provider Maple and Morneau Shepell Ltd.’s employee assistance program. Employees will be able to reach doctors through Maple’s platform at any time of day and will be able to use the platform to manage their health and medical records. As well, doctors on the platform can offer advice, make diagnoses and prescribe medication.

“At CAA Club Group, the health and well-being of our associates is something that we take very seriously,” said Mary Duncan, chief human resources officer at CAA, in a press release.
“The introduction of round-the-clock virtual doctors will give associates another tool to use in their wellness journey. We hope that 24/7 access to virtual care will reduce the stress and worry of scheduling a doctor’s visit and give people more time with their families.”
