Caisse buys London office building

The Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec’s real estate subsidiary, Ivanhoé Cambridge, has purchased a London office building for about £170 million ($324.8 million).

The 275,000-square-foot neo-Gothic property, known as 3 Minister Court, was built in the early 1990s.

The building is located in the business district of London.

“3 Minster Court meets our investment objective to build critical mass of high-quality assets in London,” says Meka Brunel, executive vice-president, Europe, with Ivanhoé Cambridge. “We believe we can add value to the property over time.”
