Steve Carlson has been appointed head of Towers Watson’s Americas investment business effective immediately.
“We are very pleased that Steve is taking on the leadership of our Americas business and joining the investment global leadership team,” says Chris Ford, global head of investment with Towers Watson. “He has excellent business and leadership experience as well as strong investment expertise, which I am confident will help to grow our business in the Americas and help us continue to provide outstanding results for our clients.”
Before joining Towers Watson in 2001, Carlson was a consultant and principal at J.H. Ellwood & Associates for eight years. Prior to that, he was a consultant in Northern Trust’s performance analytics group for four years.
Carlson has more than 25 years of experience providing investment consulting and investment management services.
