Fiera Capital has completed the acquisitions investment manager Wilkinson O’Grady & Co. and Bel Air Investment Advisors as well as its affiliate, Bel Air Securities.
The total purchase price in connection with the deals amounted to approximately US$156.25 million ($163.2 million).
The acquisition of Los Angeles-based Bel Air cost about US$125 million, subject to post-closing adjustments, while the purchase of New York-based Wilkinson O’Grady was approximately US$31.25 million.
These deals add about $8.5 billion in assets under management to Fiera’s private wealth sector.
