A group of 12 labour and employment lawyers who formerly worked at Heenan Blaikie have joined the Montreal office at Borden Ladner Gervais (BLG).
In addition to doubling the size of the practice group for the Montreal office, the addition of this group will also expand the scope of labour and employment practice for BLG.
The 12 who have joined are Stuart Aronovitch, Robert Bonhomme, Alexandre W. Buswell, Shawn Connelly, Frédéric Desmarais, Corrado De Stefano, Michael D. Grodinsky, Danny J. Kaufer, Chantal Lamarche, Myriane Le François, Frédéric Massé and Maryse Tremblay.
“This is a terrific opportunity for BLG to expand its practice with some of Quebec’s leading labour and employment lawyers,” says Sean Weir, national managing partner and CEO of BLG. “We are pleased that this team of esteemed and exceptionally talented lawyers have chosen to continue their practice at BLG, building on both our regional and national capabilities.”
