Ivanhoé Cambridge chooses new CFO

Ivanhoé Cambridge, the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec’s real estate subsidiary, has appointed Nathalie Palladitcheff as executive vice-president and chief financial officer.

“Nathalie Palladitcheff has extensive experience in the real estate industry, having worked for major public and private companies, such as Icade, Dolmea Real Estate and Société Foncière Lyonnaise,” says Daniel Fournier, chairman and CEO of Ivanhoé Cambridge. “Her international experience in transactions, finance and corporate matters is precisely what we were looking for to help us realize our growth ambitions on a global scale.”

She has been serving as acting CEO of Icade, a Paris-based real estate investment company, since February of this year.
