Morneau Shepell sets up Bahamas office

Morneau Shepell is strengthening its pension consulting business in the Caribbean and South America through the establishment of an office in Nassau, Bahamas.

The company also announced that it has hired Derek Osborne, a senior pension actuary and an expert in social security schemes, who has serviced government and business clients in the Caribbean and South America.

“With this strategic hire, we are expanding our international pension consulting business,” says Al Kiel, managing partner and international practice leader at Morneau Shepell. “It is also in line with our calculated plan to grow our business profitably through growth that complements our existing service offerings and expands our market presence.”
