Claude Marchessault has joined the national pension, benefits and executive compensation group of Dentons Canada LLP.
He advises local, national and international employers in the public and private sectors about pension, benefits and compensation issues, and guides them in their dealings with unions, regulators, consultants and other industry professionals.
Marchessault was previously head of the pension and benefits practice group for Vancouver’s Harris & Company LLP, a management-side labour and employment boutique law firm.
In addition to his practice, Marchessault is an instructor, having been on the faculty of Humber College’s Centre for Employee Benefits for almost 20 years.
