John Anderson has joined Mercer in Canada as health and benefits business leader after having gained significant experience with Mercer U.K.
Previously, he held the role of business leader for health and benefits for Mercer in the U.K. and was a member of the U.K. executive team. Over the last three years, Anderson established a platform for growth and dramatically increased the health and benefits client services offering. Prior to joining Mercer, he spent 20 years at AXA Healthcare in a number of leadership and business development roles.
“John’s experience and track record in market-facing and operational leadership roles puts John in a strong position to lead our health and benefits team in finding the best solutions for our clients,” says Ted Singeris, president of Mercer Canada. “John will be an invaluable member of our leadership team and help us to capitalize on market opportunities and drive sustainable business success.”
Anderson will be based in Mercer’s Toronto office and joins the Canada market leadership team as well as the North American health and benefits management team.
