Morneau Shepell is upgrading its Stop Smoking Centre to help employees to do just that. Under its Shepell-fgi brand, this part of its smoking cessation services will provide users with tips, tools and a support network of healthcare professionals, as well as fellow quitters.
“Whether you’ve tried to quit smoking in the past or are a first-time quitter, the program is customized to your unique requirements and preferences, making it easier for you to receive the right type and amount of support,” said Rita Fridella, senior vice-president and chief clinician, operations at Shepell-fgi.
The updated Stop Smoking Centre offers a nicotine dependency test and a “Quit Meter” which allows the use to track the amount of money they have saved by not smoking and the number of days they have gone smoke-free.
