Sun Life Global Investments has added three mutual funds to its product offering, promising greater access to world-class asset managers and more choice to Canadian investors.
SLGI emphasizes the managers, highlighting them in the names of the funds: the Sun Life Beutel Goodman Canadian Bond Fund; Sun Life McLean Budden Monthly Income Fund; and the Sun Life Tradewinds Emerging Markets Fund
“These funds are part of our goal to help Canadians better diversify their portfolios with a range of asset classes, investment styles and geographic regions,” said Sadiq S. Adatia, chief investment officer, Sun Life Global Investments (Canada) Inc.
“Emerging Markets represent a large opportunity for Canadians, who traditionally like to invest in their home country. This fund allows Canadians to acquire additional diversification through the global equity component of their portfolio.”
SLGI will also be offering many of its mutual funds in Series T units allowing investors access to a steady, tax-efficient stream of cash flow.
