Toron Investment Management and AMI Partners have completed arrangements to join forces and have begun operating as Toron AMI International Asset Management.
Toron AMI is a leading partner-owned firm with proven investment capabilities in Canadian and global markets.
With $3.5 billion in assets under management for institutional and private investors, the combined organization is headquartered in Toronto with an office in Vancouver. The firm continues to serve its clients in Canada and abroad.
The merger unifies two predecessor companies (Toron Investment Management and AMI Partners) with recognized excellence in investing and roots reaching back more than 50 years.

Cidel Financial Group, an international wealth and corporate services firm, has retained majority ownership in Toron AMI.
