FitFeud has launched a new software system that allows corporate wellness managers to analyze the effectiveness of enterprise weight loss competitions. The company’s analytics dashboard centralizes all of the most needed analytics, competition performance data and activity updates.

The dashboard provides information on total weight loss, segments competitors based on body mass index (BMI) into normal, overweight, obese categories, tracks changes in BMI and analyzes the return on investment for the competition sponsor.

“On average, American companies paid approximately $150 billion in obesity-related healthcare costs last year,” said Nicholas Tolson, founder and CEO, FitFeud. “That’s a growing cost that can be controlled and even reduced. We’ve had a great response to FitFeud already and we think this new dashboard will provide an even better user experience, and hopefully introduce our competition-based system to companies who have always wanted to try a corporate weight loss challenge.”

This is a web-based platform that is available to the Canadian market as well.
