National Bank has appointed Raymond Bachand and Karen Kinsley to its board of directors. Their appointments take effect on Oct. 29 and Dec. 3, respectively.
Bachand most recently worked as a strategic advisor for Norton Rose Fulbright. Before that, he was a member of the Quebec National Assembly, where he served in several ministerial positions. Prior to joining politics, Bachand served as president and CEO of the Fonds de solidarité FTQ and SECOR.
And Kinsley served as president and CEO of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corp. from 2003 to 2013.
