Some employers are paying close attention to their employees’ needs as they turn the page from youth to middle-age and beyond, making them Top Employers for Canadians Over 40.
“When they are young, job-seekers often don’t realize what a profound difference that pension and other retirement-related benefits make,” says Richard Yerema, managing editor of the Canada’s Top 100 Employers project at Mediacorp Canada, which organizes the competition.
