While HR managers say the way employees quit a job at least somewhat affects their future career opportunities, some workers don’t care.
“Reputations have a way of getting around, and while the momentary catharsis of flipping off your manager on the way out the door might feel righteous, it’s the kind of incident that can haunt careers,” reports Canadian Business.
Some employees have come up with some interesting ways to quit, such as not coming back after lunch or hiring a marching band to make the announcement.
