The Public Sector Pension Investment Board is appointing Caroline Vermette as senior vice-president and chief financial officer and Alexandre Roy as senior vice-president and chief risk officer.
Vermette brings more than 20 years of financial leadership to the investment organization. Most recently, she was senior vice-president of internal audit at the National Bank of Canada.

Roy joined PSP Investments in 2007 and has long played a critical role in strengthening the organization’s risk management function and portfolio construction process, according to a press release.
Most recently, Roy was senior managing director of total fund management and he also assumed the responsibilities of the chief investment officer on an interim basis, following the departure of Eduard van Gelderen in August 2024.
