Nasdaq Inc. is appointing Bronwyn Ott as global head of well-being and benefits strategy.

For the past three years, Ott was the senior vice-president of human resources at CloudMD. Previously, she was benefits, well-being, equity, diversity and inclusion leader at Unilever Canada; senior manager of benefits and global wellness strategy at Scotiabank; healthy workplace specialist at the City of Hamilton; and health promoter — workplace health and wellness at Halton Region.

During her tenure with Unilever Canada, she led the organization to two wins at the 2021 Workplace Benefits Awards, one in the diversity program category and one for supporting employees’ health and well-being during the coronavirus pandemic.
