The International Centre for Pension Management is appointing Julie Mallory, managing director of portfolio strategy and investment risk at Ontario Power Generation Inc., to its research committee.
Mallory, along with 11 other committee members, will be responsible for selecting one academic research program to receive a $50,000 award from the ICPM each year.

In addition, Matilde Segarra, president and chief investment officer of APG Asset Management, and Poul Winslow, former senior managing director and head of capital markets and factor investing at the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, will join the ICPM’s board.
“Julie, who brings a great blend of practitioner expertise and strong academic background, will further strengthen ICPM’s research committee,” said Sudhir Rajkumar, chair of the ICPM board, in a press release. “Matilde and Poul are a great complement to the rest of the ICPM board, each adding unique perspectives and experience that are already proving valuable to driving ICPM’s mission.”
