The International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans has appointed Alyssa Hodder as director of education and outreach for Canada.
In the new role, she’ll be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining educational programs, as well as their overall implementation.

She joins the organization after more than four years as a senior communications consultant at Eckler Ltd. and a year as director of Buck’s Knowledge Resource Centre. Before that, she held roles as the editor and managing editor of Benefits Canada.
“I’m excited about the opportunity to grow the foundation’s presence in Canada and support its excellent education programming,” says Hodder. “This role will further the foundation’s mission to provide education, research and information to the diverse employee benefits community, ensuring the health and financial security of plan beneficiaries worldwide.”
