GreenShield, Canada’s non-profit health and benefits company, is pleased to announce Nadim Kara as its new Executive Vice President, Head of People & Culture.
Since joining GreenShield last year, Kara has been instrumental in shaping the company’s People & Culture strategy to align with its broader business goals. With more than 20 years of experience in human resources across diverse sectors, Kara brings a wealth of expertise in driving organizational transformation through strategic HR initiatives.
