Mark S. Yamada is president and chief executive officer of PUR Investing Inc. a software development and consulting firm specializing in mass-customized investment solutions for defined contribution pension plans, investors and advisors. Yamada’s institutional, high net worth and mutual fund investing experience comes from a career as a portfolio manager and leader of investment teams. He headed the U.S. equity desk at Manulife, was president of Sun Life’s investment management company and founded the private client division of Guardian Capital.
